I had hope for this, but unfortunately it didn't even last a full year before breaking.
Customer support is tough to access. I emailed them multiple times trying to troubleshoot what the potential problem could be— but they just keep asking me the same question “what's your order number? Send photos of the part number”. I attached a video, my order number, and receipt 3 times now….It's to my belief they want me to take apart the treadmill myself and find the part that went out and give them the part number. However I reached out to them for help figuring out what is wrong. If I knew how to take my treadmill apart, and diagnose the issue— I wouldn't have even reached out in the first place.
Overall, the belt burns even when keeping it lubricated. It's become a potential fire hazard because it gets so hot it melted my shoes. The heart rate feature doesn't work, the top portion becomes loose after every use so you have to tighten it daily, Bluetooth doesn't work, and it's left black residue everywhere from the belt basically falling apart.
I know the savings seems tempting, but spend the extra $300 and get a treadmill that's built for longevity.
