It works great! The amount of mucus it removed at first was unbelievable. I used it twice a day . Now I am down to once. I would buy it again! The only con is pushing the button while you are holding it to your nose. With longer fingers it would be fine. I find it a little difficult so I use the mirror

IT WORKS!! I've been having a terrible time with my sinuses and having a constant battle with mucus. I've tried nasal spray, which works well during the day but at night and in the morning is when there is a lot of mucus build up. It was super easy to assemble and I felt like a scientist when I had to mixed the saline into the water (I used distilled water) and in less than 10 minutes, my nose was clear of all gunk. I will say though, when I cleaning the water reservoirs , I recommend using a little bit of distilled white vinegar to clean it. I'm very happy with my purchase and recommending it to everyone I know.

i wish the fresh water tank was bigger but its easy to twist off and refill. i use half dose on salt, full dose too strong. remember to switch sides and push through different nostrile. quite refreshing, but do it earlier in the day to allow nasal passage time to fully drain before bed. morning or b4 lunch on weekend.

i wanted the Navage but tend to look for off-brand bc of price. Navage uses big salt tabs while Nascool uses regular small ones. This means that i can use the ones that are for the squeeze bottle. This actually sucked out mucas without feeling any pain/discomfort.

I never got the item. The dumb driver set the box containing my package ON MY GATE %26%26 SOOO FAR AWAY FROM MY DOOR, Someone came past and stole it. I am very disappointed in the delivery drivers they hire. It’s allergy season and now I have to order from Amazon so I can be sure to get it…

It doesn't have powered suction which means it's not sucking anything out. If your nose isn't stopped up it seems to be pointless. After using this machine twice(back to back) i still had to blow my nose to get the mucus out.. the mucus never went into the waste chamber. i even tried to use the reverse feature to hopefully get it to come out of the opposite nostril with no success. the temperature cup is great to make sure the water isn't too cold. It has ample amount of salt packs. The machine didn't meet expectations. After the use of this machine my sinuses don't feel any better. Kinda smells like i have pool water in my nose without the pool waste burn. There will be a lot of dripping once you are done but if you put your chin to your chest and turn you head left and right the excess water will come out

It leaks from the inside of the box so it goes all over your clothes when you put it in your nose

this is a joke! i should have bought a better one. my squeeze bottle sinus rinse works better
