I tried this last night and feel very ill this morning—dizzy, nauseated, just awful. I can't find any information anywhere that says if this is chelated or buffered. Is any other type of magnesium used to make this product? I feel like a good company should be more transparent about the contents of their product. I have no problems taking chelated magnesium glycinate from other brands. I guess this is not chelated?

Many magnesium glycinate capsules must be taken with food, I bought this because it can be taken with or without food. I wanted the flexibility of this option.
