I was glad to try this supplement as it is 1/4 the price of Moon Juice and made with superior ingredients. The capsules are easy to swallow and do not upset my stomach. The only warning I have is that the form of magnesium glycinate used will cause some pretty intense bowl movements in those with a sensitive stomach.

I tried this last night and feel very ill this morning—dizzy, nauseated, just awful. I can't find any information anywhere that says if this is chelated or buffered. Is any other type of magnesium used to make this product? I feel like a good company should be more transparent about the contents of their product. I have no problems taking chelated magnesium glycinate from other brands. I guess this is not chelated?
