Have to buy more definitely works for my RLS! Thank you 😁
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how this product helps me sleeps and relaxes my muscles. It's a supplement that has clean ingredients and is gentle on your stomach. I will definitely be buying additional bottles when this one runs out because it helps my health in so many ways! Love it!
Many magnesium glycinate capsules must be taken with food, I bought this because it can be taken with or without food. I wanted the flexibility of this option.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Natrol magnesium glycinate works well to help with stress, anxiety, bone health, and pms symptoms. Natrol uses quality ingredients and they supplement was packaged well. I will continue to use these to help with stress and pms.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My doctor recently recommended this product to use at night, so the timing of this campaign was perfect! The capsules are slim, but feel denser than most. They were easy to swallow and I did get a restful night sleep. I look forward to continuing to use these and I feel comfortable knowing that these were recommended as a trusted brand.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking my health a bit more seriously and adding this has really helped with sleeping. But especially with my leg cramping that happens when I'm too hot. I love that I can get this in the pharmacy too.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been happy with the results after taking Natrol High Absorption Magnesium Glycinate for a few weeks now. It's gentle on the stomach and has helped to make a difference in my sleep quality and muscle recovery. I haven't noticed any grogginess or had any digestive issues. It's a solid, reliable supplement that does what it promises. I would recommend it to anyone looking to improve their sleep and maintain overall health!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking the Moon Juice Magnisi-om for a couple years now, but it is quite expensive. I was glad to try this supplement as it is 1/4 the price of Moon Juice and made with superior ingredients. The capsules are easy to swallow and do not upset my stomach. They work just as well to help calm my body and mind before bedtime, aiding in sleep. The only warning I have is that the form of magnesium glycinate used will cause some pretty intense bowl movements in those with a sensitive stomach.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works, but I found the effects to be mild at best. The capsules were easy to swallow and there wasn't any lingering flavor, it was really easy to take these before I wind down at night. They definitely help you relax, but I'm personally looking for something that is stronger.
I tried this last night and feel very ill this morning—dizzy, nauseated, just awful. I can't find any information anywhere that says if this is chelated or buffered. Is any other type of magnesium used to make this product? I feel like a good company should be more transparent about the contents of their product. I have no problems taking chelated magnesium glycinate from other brands. I guess this is not chelated?
