I was very disappointed in this pasta sauce. It had such good reviews I thought I would try it. Too pricey for what it is.

it dissolves fast doesn't have a bad taste but it just didn't work for me. so if melatonin does work for you I would say go for it

These do not dissolve fast, slow or at all. They have to be chewed. Even though the strawberry flavor only slowly dissolved, it was better tasting than this mint one.

I don't recommend
Does NOT dissolve. Tablet is hard as a rock. Attempted to call Natrol but the gentleman really didn't want to hear my complaints.
