I'm glad I did because it actually works and whew fast asleep after the first couple days of using. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Other than the 10mg of melatonin (which is quite a lot compared to other Melatonin products I've purchased which are often 2.5mg per tablet), the most important aspect of this product is the "fast dissolve" property of the tablets. I've had gummies before, but I don't like how they stick to my teeth and make me feel like I need to brush my teeth (again). These truly require no water and merely dissolve in my mouth, and the taste is "fine" to "pleasant."
