Time release melatonin helps
As a caregiver, I wanted to try this for my loved one. The plain 5 mg melatonin did seem to help her fall asleep but it didn't last long. On medical advice from a nurse practitioner I was advised to try the time release (extended release), which helps her stay asleep longer.
