Works for me. It improves my sleep tremendously. I can feel my energy lever goung up. I dont need to drink as much water during the day to satisfy my thirst. I will buy this again.

This did not help me at all as far as sleeping. I did dream more, but I could not stay asleep. I kept waking up and my mind was not calm. I took one during the day (did not make me sleepy) and 1-2 at bedtime. Did not work for me at all.

I love this product and this brand however I question if what I got was something else because anywhere else I purchased this product the capsules are white and the capsules and the bottles that came from you were yellow.
