Mineral supplement for seniors
Been using this for some years now, 2 tabs morning 2 tabs evening. I am 70 years old, so calcium is important to me. This seems to address my needs, no aches or pains, no joint issues, no complaints.

I trust in Nature Made supplements.
I've been taking Nature Made Calcium Magnesium Zinc tablets for a few years now. I don't take in enough calcium from other foods like dairy, so I feel this supplement helps ensure I get everything I need thrown in for good measure, including D3. Walmart offers this supplement at a great price for 300 tablets compared to other stores with the same brand at higher prices for half the tablet amount.
