If you take medication for cholesterol you should take C0 Q 10 200 mg once a day but do not take it unless your doctor says it's alright for you. There are lower doses of CO Q10 100 still you need your doctor's approval .

Great quality supplements %26 vitamins!
Great brand of CoQ10. If you take a statin for high cholesterol, be sure and ask your doctor if you should take these. Statins deplete CoQ10. This is the best price you'll find! Supplements and vitamins from Nature's Made are second party tested too. Always check for that! Highly recommend!

Helps with Side effects from Cholesterol meds
If you take cholesterol pills, it would be advantageous to also take CoQ10 to help reduce muscle aches and muscle cramps. It works for me and I hope it works for you.

Highly recommended product based on the producer
This is the highest rated CoQ10 product I have found. Sam's provides it at a great price, and sometimes, it is on sale at Sam's. I highly recommend it if you take CoQ10.

A must if you take Statins
If you take statins this is a must, wish we had known about it sooner. My husband was bedridden because of a reaction from statins, the neurologist recommended he take this. Now we both take it and it really helps me avoid muscle cramps/discomfort associated with statins. Too late for hubby but have him taking to prevent further damage to his muscles.

The charge was 41,00 but I was charged 54.?? Why I have a Walmart program pay per monthly for delivery? I have asked 3 times like this but no answer. This was for coq10. ? That cost?

SOYBEAN OIL IN MARJORITY OF THEIR PRODUCTS
Is anyone paying attention to Nature Made ingredients - SOYBEAN OIL is in the majority of their products. SOYBEAN OIL is a known inflammatory and those with genuine interest in their health know to avoid this GMO. Beyond disappointed that I had been ingesting these vitamins that I purchased with an assumption of qualify and failed to recognize how this company has dropped the quality.
