Nature Made Digestive Enzymes Chewable Tablets, Digestive Health Support, 90 Count

I can't believe how much these have helped me. I started having a lot of gastrointestinal and discomfort issues after eating. I couldn't really pinpoint which foods were causing an issue, but it was almost everything I ate. I chose this because it helps break down a variety of things including fat and carbs. It immediately started helping me. You just eat one very small chewable tablet at the beginning of every meal. The only thing I don't like is that they are mint flavored (and it is a good mint flavor), but you don't usually want to taste mint before eating savory foods. The mint flavor wears off quickly though, so it isn't really an issue. I highly recommend these.

The dosage size is not very big, which for me is great. I'm not sure if I noticed a major difference but I like to take it for when I knows I'm going to have a large meal or am traveling. I previously used the Rainbow Light product, which appears to have been discontinued. This supplement only has 5 enzymes - alpha amylase, protease, lactase, cellulase, and lipase. In theory, this should cover everything you need! It has a little but of a minty taste to me. I don't like that it's a chewable tablet.
