The Nature Made supplements meet all USP standards, which means they're tested to verify the ingredients and potency. Most other dietary supplements don't, so I won't put any of them in my body!

Easy to take, no noticeable side effects
I find NatureMade supplements to be well designed with good sourcing, and I feel as though they are easily absorbed (translation - no smells or colors in my urine afterward). No headaches or weird feeling, either. I take this D3 supplement with NatureMade's K2 supplement to ensure my body better absorbs calcium while taking the D3. Same result: no problems.

I Love getting my dose of vitamin D every day. This helps me keep focused when not getting sun due to circumstances such as the weather and or being indoors for long periods of time. I've been taking this for years. Won't let me down.
