Nature Made Magnesium Oxide 250 mg Tablets, Dietary Supplement, 300 Count

I've always used Nature Made vitamins, from Multi to others with the name especially Magnesium, but every woman needs Iron also, and I trust everything Nature Made.

For me this is a great find. No sugar and smaller tablets make easy swallowing. I take 2-3 with each meal as it controls those awful leg cramps in the middle of the night. I used to suffer with severe leg and foot cramps that would get me up walking around at 2 or 3 in the morning. These are basic with meals. I checked with my doctor about taking 2000mg daily and he approved it. I have never taken more than that and that cramping is a thing of the past. This little bottle does the trick.

I am 74, and have been taking Nature Made products for years. I go to my doctor for routing blood tests every three months. She tells me she wishes she had my heart and system. I attribute a lot of this to the Nature Made products I take daily, and have been taking daily for years. As an ex cop and firefighter, I did my body, and lungs, no favors in my careers. So everything helps, especially now at my age. It's Nature Made for me!

I was having leg cramps %26 my doctor told me according to my blood work that I was low on magnesium. She said to start taking magnesium supplements. I began taking these tablets %26 within 7 days my leg cramps stopped, I haven't had any since. So I am sold on this product. Thank you Walmart.

I use the oxide and not the other magnesium because it helps stop muscle cramping. Warning: I had to take a 1/2 tablet along with stool softener twice a day to prevent constipation! It doesn't tell you that on bottle but I guess you just have to learn. Otherwise it does stop my muscle cramping.

This helps with muscle cramps, I'm not going to say it got rid of the completely but pretty close don't have them near as often, plus helps brings my level up. I can't tell if it does help with nerve support or bone, I'm hoping my body absorbs it properly for it to do so. Obviously it's absorbing it somewhat to eliminate muscle cramps for me. I always go with Nature Made over the other ones, they r a great product.

Years ago, I began using magnesium after my personal trainer heard about my sleeplessness. ( say what you will about Gym Rats, but they know what the body needs to flourish.) I began taking magnesium, and my sleep improved, and my stress level declined, too. Yes, I recommend supplements in general and magnesium specifically! (Yes, consult your Doctor)

The older I got the more I kept getting finger cramps, toe cramps and deep muscle charlie horses in my legs and thighs. I told my doctor I had tried everything, researched it online, took potassium, and otc meds that said was for leg cramps. She said, well, I went to Dr. school and you should take 250mg. magnesium. At first I was disappoionted, the 1st month I seemed to have less but not a whole lot less. I stuck it out and by the end of the 2nd month I was cramp free! What a relief! It will be part of my daily routine fo the rest of my life.

This product has worked great for me so far. It has also aided in a more relaxed sleep and waking up RESTED and not tired which has been a game changer. I fall within the 31-50 y/o range which the DAILY magnesium recommended intake is 310 mg for women so this bottle containing 250 mg is a great supplemental aid for me as I know I am not at 310 or 250 daily. I imagine these do what magnesium is supposed to do. my problem is that I just can't swallow them. they're a little too big and who wants to go to all the extra efforts to cut them up, the next thing you know they're flying across the room, hitting your parakeet in the head and who knows what else may happened with flying magnesium
