Nature Made Magnesium Oxide 250 mg Tablets, Dietary Supplement, 300 Count

Years ago, I began using magnesium after my personal trainer heard about my sleeplessness. ( say what you will about Gym Rats, but they know what the body needs to flourish.) I began taking magnesium, and my sleep improved, and my stress level declined, too. Yes, I recommend supplements in general and magnesium specifically! (Yes, consult your Doctor)

The supplements I did not know I needed. After taking for a few days, I noticed the miscle cramping and tension I was experiencing had gone away. I am also able to sleep better. Thank you Nature Made!

This magnesium 250 tablet has produced one of the most noticeable (vitamin) changes in my health - ever. I heard that magnesium could help with muscle cramping (like the nighttime calves) and similar symptoms. I bought these and started taking them immediately. (2-tablets for me). And in one day/night, I wasn’t hit with the cramping. Coincidence?? I don’t think so. It worked. I did try going without (the magnesium) for several days, and had another attack after about a 5 days. Went back to the daily. No problems. It worked again.

This helps with muscle cramps, I’m not going to say it got rid of the completely but pretty close don’t have them near as often, plus helps brings my level up. I can’t tell if it does help with nerve support or bone, I’m hoping my body absorbs it properly for it to do so. Obviously it’s absorbing it somewhat to eliminate muscle cramps for me. I always go with Nature Made over the other ones, they r a great product.

I can’t take blood pressure meds. I use it for blood pressure; lowers my bp 30-40 points. Monitor your bp during use to know it will do for you. Make sure to discuss it with your doctor.

I take this magnesium for constipation every day to prevent constipation. Much better than taking laxatives. I need it to keep my bones strong, too. This brand is affordable and works. What more can be asked of it?

This is the only brand I use. I feel like the others dont work as well. I have chronic migraines so this helps me not have as many and symptoms arnt as bad. I was out of them for a while and migraines were terrible. I wont ever go without again. I use these on top of a prescription for my migraines.

All Nature Made products are good. A deficiency in magnesium is thought to play a role in the development of insulin resistance and is associated with an increased incidence of diabetic retinopathy. Too much of either magnesium or calcium will cancel the other out. There must be equal amounts of each in order to benefit from both. Great product!

For me this is a great find. No sugar and smaller tablets make easy swallowing. I take 2-3 with each meal as it controls those awful leg cramps in the middle of the night. I used to suffer with severe leg and foot cramps that would get me up walking around at 2 or 3 in the morning. These are basic with meals. I checked with my doctor about taking 2000mg daily and he approved it. I have never taken more than that and that cramping is a thing of the past. This little bottle does the trick.

I am 74, and have been taking Nature Made products for years. I go to my doctor for routing blood tests every three months. She tells me she wishes she had my heart and system. I attribute a lot of this to the Nature Made products I take daily, and have been taking daily for years. As an ex cop and firefighter, I did my body, and lungs, no favors in my careers. So everything helps, especially now at my age. It's Nature Made for me!
