I have only been talking these for A few days so I cannot comment on any long term effects, but I can say this, as of this morning my system has become more regulated ( if you know what I mean). Anyone who can attest to the effectiveness of a muti-vitamin is lying to you. No one really knows if they do what they claim to; there are too many variables. That's the truth! So, I am giving this a 5 star simply based on the ingredient list and cost. If it's not doing anything, at least I am not going broke.

You don't know how important a multivitamin is until you stop taking them for 5-7 days especially if you're over 50! Great value

No problem with product. Issues with carrier USPS. I cannot be the only person that gets there lousy service. What is the point of having delivery instructions, if they wont be followed. if no signature required, pls take pic to confirm goods delivered. Amazon does this with ease.
