These fiber gummies are an easy way to get some extra fiber in your diet. They are tasty. They are easy to take. The variety of flavors is great. I love that I know how much fiber I am getting from these delicious gummies, especially when I am trying to get more fiber in my diet for better health.

I've been taking a probiotic for quite awhile now. I thought that a prebiotic would aid the probiotic. I was right. When I get more, I'll get the two in one. Both together have helped with my digestive problems

Taste is good, very good supplements reduces gas and bloating good source of daily fiber to stay regular and you can take 2 a day and it still works well in your digestive system

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These come in a great value of 90 gummies. The lid seals well to keep the gummies fresh. The instructions are very simple and easy to follow. The gummy itself has great flavor. The consistency reminds me of a sour patch kid or any other gummy candy on the market.

Works! My only complaint is there is not a real mix of flavors in the ones I have bought recently. This is just a manufacturing problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The taste isn’t as good in my opinion as the fiber gummies with immune support but that’s just my perspective. I do think they are a nice and easy way to add some supplemental fiber to my diet but 2grams per gummy is not really enough fiber to use for anything other than a supplement to high fiber foods.

Beware this is chicory root fiber which is way to hard on stomach not what’s in my other brands I only switched because of the Walmart cash and regret it unpleasant side effects

Other reviews are correct, the formula has changed and tastes terrible. Not buying this again unless they go back to their old formation. Sad they changed a good product to squeeze us for more money. This is garbage.
