Been using this product for arthritis for 15 years it was recommended by my late physician also keeps me calam and energetic. This is my experience with this product.

Great for mood boast and joint conditions.
I absolutely love Sam-e. I'm able to go through everyday life with a positive attitude and doesn't affect me like proscription drugs. This vitamin supplement also has helped my knees which where very tender and clicked often. I think that more doctor should look into this product for their patients. The price is not to bad once you realize the benefits.

Awesome
I can really feel the difference when I run out. Fantastic product. I bought it for my leg cramps from all the dancing I do since nothing else has helped, But the best part is how it has helped my moods! Fantastic product.

good overall
I love that this takes care of my mood and joints as well. Although I'm still relatively young, I'd like to start taking care of my joints early. Good mood is an added bonus.

This stuff works.
I have used Sam e for SAD combat anxiety and mild depression. I would say that it works fast and it works very well for me. I would highly recommend it although the 400mg gave me stomach pains so I cut them in half. It is possible to purchase 200mg tablets from other stores. Be sure to use Nature Made and take a B complex vitamin when you use Sam e. Take it in the morning at least 1/2 hour before breakfast with lots of water.

Good quality product, but I can find much cheaper elsewhere. Usually a buy one get one free!
