Best sleep I've had in years taking Back to Sleep. I've been taking it for 2 years and wouldn't use anything else. I love the self dissolving tablets which makes it so easy. 1/2 tablet does it for me.

This product has helped us sleep through the night without waking up or if we wake up we go right back to sleep. My husband and I split a tablet every night. I found taking a whole tablet was too much for me.

Even though the mg of Melatonin is much reduced (better for you overall), the GABA & L-Theanine make it more effective.

This product works! It helps you get to sleep within 15 minutes max. It is not habit forming and it does not give you any groggy feelings the next morning. I love it!

I can't believe they are discontinuing this formulation. By taking it at bedtime in addition to a 3 mg extended release gummy, I increased my deep sleep by 30 minutes. This allowed me to reduce my daytime sleepiness and finally get on a healthy sleep schedule. Yeah, I didn't like the flavor but not needing a nap every day significantly improved my life. Really disappointed.

Great product, can't find it in stores and this is a bit disappointing. It can be even better if you add Valerian Root to the blend. Love that it's dissolving in the mouth rather than a hard pill so no need for water in the middle of the night. Thanks.

I love and trust NatureMade vitamins. The quality has always been great. These vitamins did help me feel calm and relaxed but I did not fall back asleep. I am having some hormone shifts and working with my doctors. They dissolve easily and taste ok. I am going to try them again to see if there is a difference.

It could be that it's just me, but it made me feel very sick the next morning. I think it was a bad reaction to GABA. I have taken L theanine and melatonin separately in other occasions without any issues, but the GABA made me absolutely miserable for almost 24 hours after taking it.

Had high hopes for this product but all it gave me was two night of jitters the nights I tried it and a headache. No sleep or help in sleep. Waste of money. Nature Made falls flat on this one. Just hype and no results.
