Post bariatric surgery, hair was falling out BAD bc I wasn't taking the right vitamins. Found these, I've been taking them for about 1/2 of a month and my hair has stopped falling out! I am so grateful! The taste isn't bad, it's very mild. It's not a huge capsule. Overall I'm impressed and grateful for these vitamins! Highly recommend them!
Are u kidding me, has 36 MG of Iron, great for Women. Love these whole food vitamins, u dont have to be Bariatric to take them either
I hate the way they smell ,%26 taste but after having to do chewables that were worse for several weeks I'll do these anyway.

most vitamins make me feel weird after taking them for a bit, but these don't. Plus they have iron in them which is difficult to find for some reason.

These are high potency bio available suppliments. I am not a bariatric patient. But a nurse said she takes these or prenatels 3 times a week. They boost iron for blood donations. Plus, give you to extra vitamins and minerals you need in your diet at a fraction of the cost.
