Only be careful to check blood pressure readings because this 400mg will lower blood pressure for some people. Excellent product and performs according to health statements on label.

CoQ-10 helpful vitamin
Helps to give you more energy, when used with Ubiquinol 100 mg. I notice a difference when I forget to take these. They must be taken with a meal.

Nature's Valley D3 is an effective supplement
I have been taking Nature's Valley D3 for the past 10 years. This sunshine supplement is a small vitamin that is easy to swallow. I appreciate that there is no aftertaste. The packaging is simple but effective.

Especially in the winter time, as the Sun is not helping the body due to cloudy skies and cold weather, as opposed to our summertime joys of being outdoors. Nature's Bounty is a brand you can trust as a high quality vitamin product. The body craves vitamin D and I include Nature's Bounty Vitamin D as a daily supplement.

Good quality, would recommend
I choose nature's bounty products when I can find them. They seem to be very good quality. They agree with my stomach, are easy to tolerate & I feel confident taking the product. They are easy to swallow, no smell, convenient for my everyday needs.
