It didn't make me sleep fast as said,maybe it should be taken earlier than 30mins to bedtime if you have issues with sleep like me. Taste nice and small in size. Until i'm done with this bottle i can't really say for sure if it works because I've only started using it 5days ago. It's worth trying cos sometimes what works for me may not work for you.

I don't know if these things really works, but i've been testing them for a month. I'll continue giving it a chance. Taste just like gummy, real sweet and easy dissolved.
