I started taking these 1 month ago, I have weaned myself off of metforman for sugar. My bloodsugar was 106 tonight.

I like that it does work that for what ever you get it for I like it know dislike except they need to make the bottle with more in them maybe 120 in the bottle

Supposed to curb your appetite and cravings which has not proven to be the case at all very disappointed with this product.
