as a long time bee keeper i used to get a regular supply of pollen directly from my hives. I no longer keep bees so my supply is gone. i still get a daily dose of oollen in capsule form along with a capsule of pumpkin seed oil. Speaking as Larry on my Wife's Walmart account i can say that these two capsules have made a great difference with my enlarged prostate problem causing urination difficulties with urinarion. Flomax stopped working for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was using this product for a month taking 2 capsules daily and I felt that they helped me and I will buy them to continue taking them since I have rhinopharyngitis and I suffer a lot from allergies to many things and the price is competitive with other brands, I really liked its design and packaging, I felt that the capsules were a little big but I imagine that is because of the amount of components that this supplement contains, I recommend it if you suffer from allergies and I read that you can obtain other benefits. Personally, I didn't taste it at all

I am a late 40's male and am have a very active lifestyle. I was interested in trying bee pollen as i always hear the benefits of taking this supplement. I have been pleased with the results after nearing using my first bottle of 60 pills. I take 2 a day, with breakfast, and always like that they do have a smell and slight taste of honey. I am not one who takes a ton of supplements as i rather picky about these and what goes into my body but these have been solid so far and look forward to my next bottle.
