as a long time bee keeper i used to get a regular supply of pollen directly from my hives. I no longer keep bees so my supply is gone. i still get a daily dose of oollen in capsule form along with a capsule of pumpkin seed oil. Speaking as Larry on my Wife's Walmart account i can say that these two capsules have made a great difference with my enlarged prostate problem causing urination difficulties with urinarion. Flomax stopped working for me.

I started taking this about a week to ten days ago along with my other daily supplements. So far, I've noticed that I'm having less issues with allergies than I usually do this time of year, with the house being closed up and everything for the winter. I also feel that my energy level is a bit more than it normally is, or had been. Don't get the 3pm lull like I usually do, noticeably less brain fog throughout the day. I'll be keeping these in my daily routine. Pills are reasonably sized, easy to swallow.
