Natures Craft Chelated Magnesium Glycinate Capsules for Sleep, Joint, and Nerve Support,120 Count

I've tried a few different magnesium glycinate for sleep, but I wouldn't consider me a magnesium glycinate connoisseur (lol) This one works really well and makes you sleepy enough to fall and stay asleep, but not so sleepy that you're groggy in the morning. A serving is 4 capsules for 500mg. I take all 4, but my husband and 13yr old son take 2 and it does what you're probably buying it for!

I have never had strong fingernails. I am 65 now and recently learned that someone with weak fingernails had started to take magnesium and it strengthened their nails. I decided to give it a try. It wasn't until I was almost done with the first bottle that I noticed that my nails were growing and not splitting. They were also getting much stronger. I am now starting my second bottle and I never expected the product would work this well.

I slept like a baby the first day taking these . My body is actually absorbing the minerals! My mind runs a 100 miles a minute BUT these supplements shut that never ending marathon DOWN!

I had a very difficult time trying to fall asleep. Also I experienced restless legs and nighttime was al- ways a nightmare. This product stopped the rest- less legs and I could fall asleep and stay asleep.

we've had better. this is first time using capsules maybe that's why. it works.

I couldn't swallow them, because they are huge capsules. If they made a smaller capsule or pill, I might try again.
