I purchased this for my young daughter who is having cow dairy issues. She loves cow's milk and cheese, so this has been a life saver. She would often be bloated after a meal and that is gone. We are also trying to avoid heavy dairy meals. But we do have dairy in most of our meals. She is under 7 years, so we can just open the capsule and she can just eat the enzymes if needed.
Works great, excellent value compared to big brands. shipped fast, was very happy to find this on wm site. Happy all around, will definitely purchase again.
Being lactose intolerant it's nice knowing just two capsules takes care of any lactose laden food item I want to eat. I've tried other brands and needed up to 4, but not with this so far.
This is very helpful, if your lactose intolerant or sensitive to lactose! My son loves Chicken Alfredo, cheese %26 ice cream %26 this supplement is very helpful!
So far so good. Only tried twice but excited that this addresses so many issues in one supplement. Use another supplement from natures craft that works really well. Expect the same with this.
My husband's new favorite dairy pills! The extra relief from the multi enzyme formula is noticeable. Compared to the other single enzyme pills these are above and beyond!
I'm lactose and when I do eat dairy it controls the boating and all the other symptoms that come with lactose
This product works immediately upon swallowing and is very effective against an upset stomach. So happy I found and purchased this product .
I had never heard of this brand, but I wanted something cheap and actually effective, so I tried this brand, and I'm so glad I did. Not only are they WAY cheaper than Lactaid, but I actually noticed a difference. I'm sure that the effectiveness of these pills varies if you're born lactose-intolerant or developed it later in life, plus how often you consume dairy, but for me (someone who was not born with it) these pills help a lot. Ice cream and especially milk almost always cause me to have diarrhea within less than 30 minutes. I didn't see any noticeable improvement with Lactaid. In fact, at one point I just stopped bothering to take Lactaid pills when having dairy because they didn't seem to do anything. However, with these pills, I usually don't get diarrhea. Maybe I'll have to poop later, sometimes there's some gas, and one time I had a bit of a stomachache (a rare symptom for me when having dairy, so it could be unrelated) but generally, it's a big improvement from Lactaid doing nothing. I also like how these pills specifically warn you not to take more than the recommended dosage (1 pill) Because with Lactaid, their packaging says to take 1-2 pills, depending on your sensitivity to lactose. So a bottle of 60 pills turns into 30 if you're really sensitive. Here, 60 pills is just 60 pills, you're not supposed to take more. Combined with the lower price, I think this is a great deal. Also! Maybe a weird compliment to give, but I like how the instructions say to take the pill before consuming dairy. Lactaid tells you to take the pill(s) with your first bite of dairy, which is easy with milk, but a lot harder to swallow when having something like ice cream, especially if you're taking 2 pills. I like being able to just take the pill with water like normal. My only real complaint is the packaging, it's just sorta basic. Not store-brand levels of basic, but I had no clue what this brand's name was until writing this review. "Natures Craft" is such a generic name, too. The big, bold text says "Dairy Relief" which is helpful when identifying what the pills are for from afar, but terrible for branding. That's one reason why me and probably many others default to Lactaid, it's a popular, recognizable brand. "Natures Craft" and this bottle design have no staying power. But when compared to its much more known competitor, this brand blows Lactaid out of the water. This size is out of stock right now, but I'm definitely buying more once they come back in stock.
Product arrived quickly. So far taking the supplement has not helped with any symptoms. However we have not been taking them long. So maybe given more time it will help.
