Nature's Perfect Night Melatonin
I tried these Natures Perfect Night supplements made for a good night's sleep and they are amazing! I took 10 mg and I have to tell you that they work! I took two of them about 35 minutes before I went to bed and obviously fell asleep pretty quickly afterwards! I slept exactly 8 hours and when I woke up, I felt refreshed I did not feel tired or sleepy, or yawning or anything like that. The reason I know that I slept exactly 8 hours just because I wear a watch that tracks my sleeping. Normally, I am restless throughout the night, but on this night of taking these two melatonin supplements, I slept amazingly. I recommend NATURES PERFECT NIGHTS for everyone. I will definitely be using them going forward, they worked wonders!
