Within 3 weeks of switching to this product I could tell my body was absorbing the vitamins. our bodies needs change as we get older. Before I switched brands, for about 3 months I suffered from lack of energy and was feeling cold all the time. I needed to wear light weight sweaters and a blanket over my legs when I wore shorts, in the heat of spring. This was new for me. I decided to try another multivitamin to see if that would help. This vitamin does not have a lot of extra "junk" in it...colors, flavors, etc. It also has a good amount of calcium and vitamin d, which my ob/gyn recommended.

this vitamin brand is great.the ingredients give me pep and energy.i have been taking this vitamin daily for over 12 years.it is affordable compared to other brands with similar ingredients.

love these vitamins. gives me lots of energy. the only reason I didnt give them an overall score of 5 stars because the tablets arvery large in size e and difficult to swallow.

My own fault when I ordered thought they were the Gummy Version, these are very large what my Grams would say, horse pills almost but they have all you need in them, next time I will double check before I order so I order the right ones, no fault to Walmart, they sent what I ordered, this mistake is all on me

I WAS HOPING TO LIKE THEM BUT I COULDN'T SWALLOW THEM EVEN AFTER I CUT IT IN HALF. NO COATING ON THEM THE PILLS ARE QUITE LARGE.
