Best Multi for Me
This older women's multi contains many elements that are missing from other supplements. One of the most important, and which is hard to get in today's diet, is iodine. There are many other minerals, vitamins, and plant extracts that provide necessary nutrition in today's over-processed world. It's gluten free and mild on the stomach, so I get no unpleasant reactions from it. It's a large tablet/pill, but with plenty of water it's manageable. Works for me.

Out-performs the others
After using this for years, it has never let me down. I love all of the additional nutrients from fruits and vegetables. It's a one-stop shop for me. My energy and stamina have really benefited. It has over-performed everything else I've tried including Centrum and a few others. You won't be disappointed in this one.

These seem to be good. I have only taken them for a few weeks. I will purchase again and try them for longer. Vitamins are not a quick fix.

Excellent and Digestable!
This is my favorite of the many vitamin supplements I have tried for women of menopausal age. The tablet is somewhat large, but it is not difficult to swallow and easy to digest. It is like a pill full of my favorite compacted natural foods!

Please do not buy these!
I bought these for my mom and then I got myself the regular ones both of us got very sick on these vitamins excessive sleepiness, heart palpitations feeling weird. It has been terrible taking these. We stopped almost immediately. It made us sick within a day or two. I got my mom the alive women's 50 ultra multivitamin and I bought myself the regular alive women's ultra multivitamin. Even after stopping them, we still felt terrible for a couple days. I reported these vitamins to the FDA because of how awful they made us feel. I don't think this is right at all.
