I have tried many different types of greens and supplements to help my gut health, but they all taste really bad or did not help at all! I was a little skeptical picking this item at the start, but when I started using them consistently I noticed my bloating in my lower stomach went down! I like Nature's Way as a brand but was not impressed with the DIM plus. After taking over half the bottle, I never noticed it working or making a change with my symptoms. Packaging is fine. Price is fine. I just didn't think it was as effective as some of the other nature's way products I've tried in the past.
