these pills honestly work. At one pont i stopped taking them because I didn't feel anything. but I was having very bad pain in my hip and i went back taking them again, but this time i gave them a chance to actually work. I started feeling results with in 2 days. I promise im getting another bottle asap. this time with tge MSM in it!

After I received the Osteo Bi-Flex Triple Strength with Glucosamine Chondroitin I wanted to see if I really felt a difference in my joints after using it for 7 days as it was advertised on the front of the box. Having dealt with chronic joint pain in my hands and hips for years - I wanted to see if by adding this to my supplement regimen would really help. I am feeling a bit of a difference in the week since I started to take them - although I am only taking one pill a day I figured I would increase it if I didn't feel any difference. So far so good.

As a visual artist and a musician/drummer, I do find my joints begin to ache by the end of the day. The seems to rebuild and strengthen my joints after taking this on a regular regular basis. I often get numbness in my hands as well, as if I have some kind of nerve damage in my hands, it seems to help rebuild nerve endings as well; although, I can't testify to it, and there is not been any clinical research on the matter. I will say that the numbness is gone away also as well as the pain and my joints and wrist. I do recommend this product highly and will likely purchase again.

Who does not need more organization? I was thrilled to find this product package set! It has 8 separate containers for all your needs! I have used it to reorganize my nail polish drawer. It has 1 large rectangle, 2 narrow rectangles, 2 half-size rectangles that fit in one half of the big container, and three small squares that fit in the other half of the largest rectangle. The 2 short rectangles fit in one narrow one (they label it as a ‘standard drawer' and the 3 small squares fit in the other half. They all nest together for the ones you are not using. I have liquid nail polish in one, and my Color Street nail strips in another. I use the rest for spacing, nail polish remover, nail files, clippers, small scissors, toe-spacers, cotton balls, application tools, my buffing kit, and other odds and ends of the paraphernalia that goes with tending to your nails. I am very happy upon having found this product. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for organization help! Includes: 1 10x7 drawer, 2 10 x 3 drawers, 2 5 x 3 drawers, and 3 3 x3 drawers. All sizes are approximate.

I messed up the dosage the first two weeks, I thought it was one pill a day so I was only taking half as much as I should have. Then I missed a few days and now I'm going to finish the bottle up at two pills a day as recommended. It seems like it has helped some. I've been having shoulder pain for several months. It's getting better but I don't know if it's from these pills or it's just healing on its own. I have noticed some overly firm stools, since I've been taking two a day but there's no way to say for sure this is the cause. I can't say that I swear by it, but I'll definitely say it hasn't hurt anything taking it.

My friend's mother purchases and uses this product with good results. However, I really couldn't tell a difference in my joint flexibility or pain. Having said that, I do have moderate arthritis and it may be that the product was not designed to be beneficial in those type cases. So, since my friend's mother likes the product, I gave it 2 stars.

I stopped taking after 3 days. Muscles felt weak and numb.
