Osteo Bi-Flex Triple Strength is an awesome product. It is a Tamper Resistant bottle in a box. There are 40 tablets in the bottle. Take 2 tablets per day. ( 20 doses total). A dietary supplement. It has glucosamine hcl 1,500 mg per 2 tablets. It has Chondroitin 1,103 mg per 2 tablets. Take 2 tablets per day preferably with food. Shows improved joint Comfort within 7 days. Has joint shield. Helps to strengthen joints, support flexibility and supports mobility. This product is great. I have no negative comments only positive ones. Would recommend this product.

Osteo Bi-Flex is allowing me 2 get out of bed. Before Bi-Flex my left knee would swell up so bad that I couldn't safely get out of bed. It would be so swollen that I couldn't bend my knee and couldn't trust stepping down on my foot. I noticed a difference on the 3rd day of taking 2 tablets-less nighttime knee swelling and the ability to use my left leg because it would bend. After 8 days of taking Bi-Flex 2x a day I can trust my leg and get out of bed whenever I need -to the bathroom in the middle of the night and in the morning to start my day. The tablets are large, but coated to make swallowing easy.

Osteo Bi-Flex Triple Strength works well to relieve joint pains. It's recommended to take 2 pills a day and it would start working in a few days. The pills are a little big to swallow but it does make me feel better. It might not work for everyone but give it a try.

I messed up the dosage the first two weeks, I thought it was one pill a day so I was only taking half as much as I should have. Then I missed a few days and now I'm going to finish the bottle up at two pills a day as recommended. It seems like it has helped some. I've been having shoulder pain for several months. It's getting better but I don't know if it's from these pills or it's just healing on its own. I have noticed some overly firm stools, since I've been taking two a day but there's no way to say for sure this is the cause. I can't say that I swear by it, but I'll definitely say it hasn't hurt anything taking it.

My wrists and thumbs are affected by arthritis, especially in cold weather. I started taking this, and after a week I have noticed an improvement! I was uncertain about it, but have heard from other people that it really helps. The only thing I do not like about it is the size of the caplets. They are huge. I have to cut them in half and even then, they are difficult to swallow. So be prepared for that. The attached photo shows the size. Overall, I am pleased with the effects so far.

I just tried these for the 1st time and they seem to really do what they say. I took 2 a day for 7 days and my knees do feel less pain and discomfort since taking them. I just wish the tablets were smaller. I roofed for 25 years and that job takes a toll on a persons knees. I still get a popping sound once in a while but that seems to be the norm for many folks over 60.

My first impression of Osteo Bi-Flex was "Wow! These pills are huge!" However, the coating does help them go down a little easier, but I would much prefer taking smaller pills or preferably, chewable gummies. After taking Osteo Bi-Flex for about 5 days, my knees feel a little less creaky, less stiff and less painful. It may be my age (late 60s), relative inactivity (think couch potato) and the cold winter weather that is affecting my knee issues. If you have painful, achy, stiff joints, I recommend giving Osteo Bi-Flex a try as soon as possible.

Osteo Bi-flex has ingredients proven in studies to help joint pain and stiffness, like glucosamine (1,500 mg!) cellulose (plant based cellulose, how nice!), and MSM. However, the tablets are so large I was afraid to swallowing one without cutting in two and it still hurt doing down. Perhaps I should have diced them into thirds, but I made it through a week of these and threw the rest away in search of something similar but in a jell tab, gummy, or a size easier to take.

To be fair to the product I would like to say that I took Osteo Bi-Flex Triple Strength with Glucosamine Chondroitin to see if it would help with my joint pain caused by Lupus. After a full seven days like the product says I could not tell any difference in any of my joints. I still had pain in stiffness that was no different than any other day for me. I was hoping for a bit of extra relief that I couldn't get from my normal meds for lupus but it didn't seem to get better or worsen with it. The product overall has a very high-quality look to it. Nice packaging with lots of detailed info and a very nice overall presentation of the product was exhibited. I would have to say if you have any joint pain to go ahead and give it a shot but if you have any sort of severe condition with lots of joint pain to seek a doctor first. I cannot recommend Osteo Bi-Flex Triple Strength with Glucosamine Chondroitin, 40 Coated Tablets based upon my experience with it.
