Move Free Advanced, 80 tablets - Joint Health Supplement with Glucosamine and Chondroitin

It's too early to know how they work on me but my son in law takes them and I see alot of changes in his activities.

Although this supplement doesn't seem to do anything for my husband, it has kept me walking without a limp for the past 10 years. I've tried other glucosamine-chondroitin supplements and they don't work for me (including Move Free Ultra, which is more expensive than this version). Not sure why it works, but I think the cartilage in my right hip started wearing out years ago and every step made me wince with pain. As long as I don't pivot on my right foot and keep taking Move Free every day (now I take it twice per day), I'm able to walk pain free. I even walked/ran a 5k yesterday. If I forget to reorder it and almost run out, I panic. Everybody's different, but this works wonders for me.

This is a vaouable supplement at a good price. I don't have to go chasing around to find a good price!

The 80 coated tablets are easy to swallow with no off putting smell or taste. Compared to some other supplements there are not many ingredients which is a positive thing. The tablet is designed to address mobility, comfort, strength, flexibility and bone which is a step up from most similar products. You can take one tablet twice a day or two tablets once a day with meals. I am looking forward to adding this to my supplement regimen.

My mom has been using it for years and is a happy user. I have been taking Move Free Advanced for about a week and I haven't seen any difference yet. I would love to have pain free joints. However The problem for me is that the pills are really big and hard to swallow so I don't want to take them. I would have preferred smaller pills and more dosage. The instructions are two a day, I wouldn't mind taking four if they were smaller and easier to swallow. There's no funny taste or after taste. I will try to suffer thru the entire bottle with hopes that I can have my moms results as I want mobility, comfort, strength, flexibility and lubrication which this product claims to give. I love that it comes with additional ingredients for bone support which I need too.

I have taken Move Free for many years. I started after feeling pains in my knees from squatting / bending during car repair work and the like. In conjunction with elliptical machine exercise, the pains diminished. I believe that this supplement provided more benefit than just exercise alone.
