Sadly, he had extreme mobility issues (walks almost about a 90 degree angle w a walker. We have been taking these every day the last month. They have seriously helped my joints so much and I am so easily moving around after taking these consistently! My father is impressed, too, although not to the level where I'm at, of course and unfortunately. I have back issues (along with joint) and Move Free has been a God send! They are easy to swallow, and out of any supplement or vitamin I've taken these smell and taste delicious, is it just me? Like a creamy vanilla something, haha. He was even able to go up the stairs (with me following close behind) but still, he's $300 pounds. The tablet is designed to address mobility, comfort, strength, flexibility and bone which is a step up from most similar products. You can take one tablet twice a day or two tablets once a day with meals. I am looking forward to adding this to my supplement regimen.
