I am making a game room for my grands. They love playing the Xbox and they are going to love this game.

The packaging of the NBA 2K20, 2K, Xbox One is bright neon green, this is nice for the grandparent that needs the help to pull the eye to the actual game for speed and accuracy. This is a much needed game at a great price for the holidays, most games are well over $40.00 easily, this was under $25.00. The speed of online order together with fed ex delivery was three days earlier than suggested. Packaged in a mailed not a box, and placed on the porch for ease to pick up! No gifts with the purchase of this game. This is a new not refurbished game. Price point is on point!

Better then last year (2k19) to me...

Wasn't available for preorder as suggested. Game dropped the 6th, and my game was not available until the 10th. I purchased game on the 7th and requested my money back. Walmart employees could not just give me a game since mine had not arrived from shipping or a refund that I would have to call a 1800 number. I hate Walmart. Thanks for another painful experience.

1st day of playing tried purchasing VC and it said error - failed. So I tried purchasing again and it went through but I got double charged. The 2nd day playing in career mode at the end of a game it dashboarded me and every time I load back in it took me to the same game and always at the end it would dashboard me. Anything I did to try and leave the game would result in getting dashboarded. Then my player file got corrupted and couldn't even load in. 8 days of dealing with support got me nowhere. So I had spent $100 on a game I only intended to spend $80 and I couldn't even play. Tech support never reads the back notes on my issue and apparently only reads the most recent update to my support issue so was an endless circle of going nowhere. They are the worse tech support I have ever dealt with and there have been bad ones. Don't buy this game. It is a ripoff. 2k should be embarrassed.
