[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had old version of nespresso coffee machine and now I switched to new version of vertuo next I’m so obsessed with my new coffee machine.I absolutely loved it so much it’s so easy to use it.really easy to clean.i can’t wait to spoil my self in this summer to make perfect iced coffee.

The taste is EXQUISITE and I feel so bougie drinking my espresso in the mornings 🥰 the cost of the pods are so much cheaper than a coffee shop drink and can be enjoyed alone or with milk/ creamer. I used to use a Keuriig, now I’m officially set on Nespresso! The size is perfect for my kitchen counter and it works so fast and easy. This model even connects to my phone! It’s so hi tech I love it 🥰

I love the crema on top of the finished cup of coffee. It is easy to clean — just a few taps of the button and it automatically cleans the machine when needed. It has a sleek design and leaves me with ample room on my counter for other appliances.

Very easy set up, and I can honestly say that. I am not computer savvy at all, and I had absolutely no issues setting this up myself. It was so user friendly. Such a great experience. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 10/10 love this machine. It’s beautiful, the noise isn’t too bad and the espresso is absolutely delicious. It’s pretty quick to make a shot of espresso. My favorite part is that it automatically dumps your used pods into a container when you open the lid again. It’s not hard to close up and it fits on my counter beautifully. I absolutely love it and use it every single day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] More narrow & compact than regular machine, easy to set up & use-has 1 touch brewing & automatic turn off. Can brew 2 sizes of espresso & 3 sizes of coffee depending on the type of pod you select. It has smart brew technology-scans the pod then dispenses the correct amount of water-very cool! Make a delicious cup of coffee with a nice silky crema foam on top. When you open the top it pops the used pod into a removable canister that holds several until you empty for recycling-Nespresso recycles for free! Only negative for me is that it’s louder than my other machine, it’s a terrific at home quality option

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So to start off it's easy to set up and do the cleaning process before you use it first. But it took me a while to figure out how to make the coffee, espresso etc. Now if u like creating your own coffee this machine is for you but if you want simple and easy I wouldnt recommend. Also note you cant just buy the pods anywhere you'll have to get them off the website or somewhere else that sells them. Other then that I enjoyed it once I figured it out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im not a fan of the nepresso Vertuo next. The water tank is small. Its extremely loud and take about 2 minutes to brew an 8 Oz cup of coffee. The tray is small so it may not fit some coffee cups. You will not be able to use tall travel mugs. You can not use it to get hot water or less you run a cleaning cycle that takes 7 minutes and its more water then you need for a cup of hot water. The cord hangs out no way to hide it. Nepresso does have an app that connects by Bluetooth or wifi. You can control heating temps, maintenance, troubleshooting and software updates. Not for brewing remotely.

It took two adults and multiple mobile apps to get the machine operational. Connecting the device to WiFi was time consuming and required several software updates before it could even be used. It’s very frustrating when you’re trying to make a cup of coffee and the machine needs an update even though you updated it the day before. At one point the machine was “sleeping” and wouldn’t wake up. The app told me to come back later. The machine is also quite loud during operation. The locking and unlocking of the lid require some force and two hands. Overall the experience has felt more like a hassle than a convenience. I personally prefer a straight forward coffee maker where I can simply put in a pod and press start without navigating apps, WiFi connections or updates. While this product may appeal to individuals who advanced features, app integration, and specialty coffee options, it may not be the best choice for those seeking simplicity and ease of use.
