I had been looking for this type of sock for awhile %26 am very glad I finally found some. Others I found were so tight at the top that they hurt my legs.
The diabetic socks I ordered are so comfortable, when I wear them on. My other socks were tight above the ankles, and always left an impression on my skin: these new socks do not. A lot of socks feel binding in the toe or heel area; these do not. My feet don't get cold any more: from a lack of blood circulation. Overall, they are a perfect fit. In fact, these are the most comfortable socks I have ever worn.
I am a diabetic and I require Diabetic socks for my feet. Walmart has the best selection of these socks period, and the price is reasonable. Add the fact that free shipping is included and this is a win, win situation. Thank you Walmart for being an important retailer in my area!
Perfect fit. Doesn't cut into my 88yr old diabetic friends legs. I wish there was a variety color pack.
The only thing I was disappointed with is they are not as long as I thought they would be. Another 3" in length would be perfect. Other than that they are perfect for diabetic feet. The cuffs are not binding at all - they leave no skin indentations. The cotton is sturdy and washes well. Be nice if they came in some colors, but white is fine.
The orange is very bright. The socks wash well, dry well, are well-made but they are tight and leave those ridges on the skin. They are much better than no socks at all and better than most socks offered. If you like cushioned soles, you will love these.
The positive is that the upper portion of the crew sock is stretchy and can be turned down for a shorter leg fit, and they stay in place. This is a heavier gauge material. The negative is that if you suffer any level of neuropathy, these socks are extremely scratchy -- I anticipated them being soft, as they are mostly cotton, but no...
First, I am female. These socks are made with cheap cotton. They fuzz and leave a trail of fuzz behind if you walk on light carpet. They are rough underfoot. The leg elastic part is very good, not too tight or too loose. I would rather pay more for better grade of cotton fibers. Also, the foot part is too loose.
Didn't open the package. They look identical to the "Made in Pakistan" socks I got from my Amazon that are way too big for a woman wearing size 8 1/2 shoes. I wanted the same diabetic socks I bought last year but can't find them online or in the store.
I recently an item that looks like this, but this is not the exact type of white sock I wanted. I ordered this one by mistake. I wanted the med pads in a 9 to 11 in the white so I will re-order the right item and exchange these at the store. soon.
