Newair 126 Can Beverage Refrigerator Cooler, Freestanding Mini Fridge in Black

I have had this product for a few weeks. So far so good. It is pretty quite for the most part. What attracted me is the modern clean design of the fridge fits my décor.

Ordered this for my son's game room. He loves it. Took us a little to figure out the right temperature setting but once we did he was thrilled about how cold it kept his beverages. He loves the modern design and how well it goes with the decor. I would highly recommend this product.

I bought this little fridge two years ago as an engagement gift for my now husband. It works great! It's super quiet and keeps everything chilled perfectly. I do have to defrost it every once in a while, but we're in a very humid area so it's somewhat expected.

Temperature configuration is set to be the coldest possible. Thermometer has not shown the fridge getting below 46 F so far. I only plan to keep beer in this fridge, but would still like to it to get down to 40 F. Good size. Customizable shelf placement is nice.

Transaction and shipping was first rate. Cooler is great for full sized beer bottles after removing 3 shelves. Only problem is I can only get the temperature down to 40 degrees F. Used an Analog and digital thermometer. I'm assuming they're correct. Wonder how it'll work in 10 years

It's definitely not quiet. The compressor sounds like a howling wind outside. It averages around 60db when it's going. Overall, the internal space is adequate and it looks nice; just disappointed with the noise. It would also be nice to have a door trigger for the internal light (rather than a manual switch).

The refrigerator does not cool evenly and makes quite a bot of noise. It freezes can and the can explodes. A two day return policy is unbelievable and impractical since a refrigerator requires at least one day to sit before starting. Basically you have one day to test. Please do not buy your appliances from Walmart you will be disappointed.

I ordered this product roughly three months ago. It arrived quickly from the time I placed the order, approximately five days from order to delivery. It arrived well packaged and when unboxed it was in working order with no physical damage on inspection. I let the unit sit for a day before plugging it in. Once I plugged it in I let the unit run a few hours before starting to load it up with beverages. At this point it was set to 4 out of 7. I noticed the unit was louder than my past unit from what I would call a titan in the industry. The compressor seemed to hum a good bit louder and the sides really get warm when running. Taking note I figured I would watch it a few weeks. Upon loading it up the unit seemed to cool just fine and I had no complaints, but was worried given it was louder than my past unit. Fast forward three weeks and all seemed well so my fears eased. I decided to keep it and not return it to the store. Fast forward another 2-3 weeks and it seemed the beverages just were not cooling as well. I asked a few others if they thought their drinks were cold and most said not really. This was after setting the unit to 7 of 7 on the thermostat to get the maximum temperature possible. No luck. I unplugged it for 6-8 hours to defrost in hopes that would help. No dice. Still ran like junk. My drinks are at best 58-60 F and many times around 65 F. Reference photo. This was taken with a Thermopen. Meanwhile my old unit from a major industry titan is still running strong after 20 years! This NewAir unit was bought only because the old one just looks rough for wear through all the moves and isnt the best look in a high traffic area. Once I realized the NewAir unit just wasnt performing I looked into the warranty. What a joke!?! The consumer has to pay to ship this back to only MAYBE get it repaired or replaced. What a hassle and a complete joke. Pay an obscene shipping charge back for what is half or more of the cost of the unit itself? They do this because they know nobody will do it!! It is an extremely poor warranty policy. I doubt they will just outright replace it without jumping through major hoops. I have little hope it will be successful. Do not buy this, continue your search, and run from any NewAir product!!! I will urge all of my friends, family, and anyone I can to stay away. NewAir is junk with a junk warranty!!!!

I had to get two replacements of this fridge because the motor either didn't work at altogether or it stopped working after a few months!

Motor went out <35 days after receiving Doesn't keep beer and soda cold and yes I keep it out of the sun and rain by keeping it on my screen patio. At least the light still comes on
