Flush free might be best option
Just a heads up...you may have a reaction to this product.....I broke out in a rash all over my arms and chest after using this product; even though I took it with food....I'll have to go back to flush free Niacin

Won't work for me.
If you don't have problems with niacin flush, you should try this. Unfortunately I have skin problems and this shot them to the moon.
