Awesome coffee maker! If you know anything about coffee ☕️ and brewing you'll know that coffee must bloom for its great flavor as in a coffee shop pour over. And as in a French press you have to give it time to bloom (flavor) for the best results. I noticed that a couple surveys said that the brew speed was slower than they like but that's what makes this Ninja Duel brew so good!! And hotter than other brands! It a slower water release for that wonderful cup of coffee! If you're concerned about k-cup micro particles safety simply drip your own grounds. Ninja suggests using a medium grind for optimal brew. I got this for my spouse for Father's Day and he loves it! He uses it EVERYDAY! He loves that he can set the delay brew to start brewing so he doesn't have to get up early to start his coffee before his 5am shift. He loves how he doesn't have to make a full pot he can just make him a half pot as well! It's safe to say I did good with this gift!

To say I am happy with this machine is an understatement! This machine helps create the best coffees and coldbrew! The flavor is so rich and creamer you add only enhances it, not drowns it out. Was so happy with it i immediately bought my dad one to replace his old one and he's just as thrilled with his after using it immediately upon receiving it. Truly makes a great cup of joe! Brews fast and truly brews iced coffee, not lukewarm over ice

I have a friend who swears by Ninja so I thought Id give this coffee maker a try. Wow. he was right! Not only does this make perfect coffee, it gives you a choice of strong or regular. There is a series of lights that show you where the coffee is in its preparation from start to ready when using the pods. The unit holds a lot of water, good for a couple of days. You choose how many ounces you want in your cup. It brews really quick and the coffee is very hot. This is definitely the best coffee maker I have ever owned. I highly recommend it..

This system is perfect. You have so many different options. You can brew a cup or make a full pot. Your cup of coffee ☕ is so hot. perfectly delicious. The features on it is so easy to use. They give you some paper filters to us also. which is great, because now i know which ones to buy. i just love this system.

My coffee maker (older version of this) broke in the AM, by late afternoon walmart deliveries had this at my doorstep. It was easy to put together, practically ready out the box. I like the height because I can stick my skinny tumblers under it. highly recommend for daily coffee drinkers.

This dual brew coffee maker was bought to replace a Keurig machine, which made good coffee but is as durable as all other Keurig machines, which is to say it is not. We're hoping this Ninja brewer will last much longer. The quality of the brewed pod coffee is very good, pretty much attributable to the fact you can select the size of the cup and the type of brew (classic or rich). We haven't tried to brew an entire pot/carafe yet, but it will likely be very good tasting coffee, too. Since this is a dual brew maching with all brewing happening at one place on the brewer, there are a few steps involved in going from a pod brewer to a carafe brewer, but they are well-explained and simple. No regrets there. The brewer looks good, performs well. If it has one disappointing issue, it is that the dispenser continues to drip about ten good drops of coffee after the brew cycle has ended. This is irritating, but of course defeated by simply waiting 20-25 seconds after the "End" light appears, to let the dripping occur and end. It can test your patience, but I'm still of the opinion that the fresh brew is good enough to wait for. Failure to wait results in a small puddle of coffee on the heating plate where the carafe would sit, necessitating frequent cleanups. We finally placed a dark colored absorbent pad on the heating plate to catch any errant drips. I'd definitely buy this coffee maker again!

Paper filters required or permanent filter needs to be bought separately for regular brewing. It is not included. You have to remove the pod holder to use the brew feature. Spend the extra money and buy the model where you don't have to switch the pieces back and forth between brew and pods.

Grab your earbuds. This things sounds like a 747 preparing for takeoff while running. That's strike 1, and a big one. Strike 2? Servings are off. Meaning, you select 37 ounces and get a seemingly random volume, I'm guessing 17 or so ounces. Finally, and strike 3, it has a drip closure feature that barely even slows the drip and does not stop it as designed and promoted. Cherry on top is that the coffee tastes like grounds. Ew. Sad for Ninja as previous experiences have been positive. But this is junk.

As a long time user of Ninja products I purchased this dual brew coffee maker to replace my previous model that gave me faithful service for about 4 years. This machine only lasted 3 weeks! I immediately noticed when unboxing that the build quality was nothing compared to the previous model and the machine has a critical design flaw that causes the pump to clog with coffee grounds and essentially burn the pump out. they know this is a problem because they send a declogging attachment with instructions. the only problem is that once the pump runs dry over a period of cycles it will make noise or simply burn out! thankfully mine happened within the return window and got a full refund. I decided to move on from ninja and purchased the much better Keurig kduo gen 2.
