Love this!!!! Takes up less space and fits any pan. Easy cleanup as well!

NO MORE SPILLS!
I always used a smaller pan in a larger pan for a double boiler to melt my chocolates, etc. I saw this Nordic Ware Double Boiler and bought it , I love it. I can insert it in any size pan, according to the amount I make and put a cover on , from one of my pans. You can.t go wrong with this Double Boiler.

It does what you need it to do. Setting it up is good, it's just a bit tricky to handle and pour from.

Double broiler
I have purchased two of these from Walmart, they make my job smoother where working with cheese or chocolate. I can melt ingredients without worrying about it burning.
