Just a Touch Bigger would have been better!
The engineers of this small canning rack should have taken a little more time to measure and size the larger quart jars. Yes it will hold two quart jars comfortably, but with just a bit larger circumference, a person could have gotten three quart jars in there. The handles don't quite spread far enough to grab both sides of the stock pot I have and could have been a little longer.
