Everything you need to start canning to get your jars in and out to pick up your lids. It's just everything you need. Good starter set.

The only prob was the set didn't include the DE bubbler / headspace tool. You can order that tool separately for a couple dollars, which I did. The actual tools are top notch.

Excellent Product
I was not sure what the quality of the products would be because of price. I am shocked that after many uses, it is still functional. As a beginner canner I would highly recommend this set. These products exceeded my expectations!
