Overall it provided everything that it was suppose to provide, my biggest complain was price for the extra things that for me should have been provided at least free for customers that have used your other more expensive products.

I've had Norton 360 for some time. It's a great product. But every time I do a scan it tells me there is a better version to stop more things. I am retired now and don't do much work on my computer which was a. Windows XP and longer supported. I like to try to keep things simple.

I'm thankful for being alerted to dangerous websites as soon as I click onto them. Also, whenever contacting LifeLock I have been greeted with helpful customer service. I realize it's a different world now and we all need to be extra careful. LifeLock helps me feel more secure.

I've had Norton products on all my electronics. As with all security products on the market, Norton has continued to provide quality and easy use solutions for everyday people's security solutions. Its ability to morph itself to current and future security threats in the industry makes Norton a first choice product. A true Leader in the industry. I highly recommend Nortons, and use their products on all my home systems.

A bit on the pricey side for a retiree like me on a fixed income but it works well. I like the way it blocks what seems like suspicious websites and a pop up will give me options.

To access help with Norton products is an unpleasant experience. Have to jump thru "hoops" to verify your account. Then when that is accomplished and having been on line for many minutes you get a representative that has not mastered the English language. Very flawed system to say the least.

I NEVER RECEIVED IT. THE AGENT WAS ALL IN MY COMPUTER FOR INSTRUCTION TO DOWNLOAD. THEN REFUSED TO FINALIZE THE DOWNLOAD WHEN I REFUSED TO GIVE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. SAYING THAT WAS REQUIRED. WHEN I REPORTED THAT TO WALMART FOR A REFUND IT SAID IT DIDN'T DO REFUNDS ON DIGITAL DOWN LOADS. NOW NORTON HAS THE PRODUCT AND WALMART HAS MY MONEY. THERE IS A CRIME OF EXTORTION AND FALSE ADVERTISING. SOMEBODY HAS TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I AM REPORTING THIS DECEPTION. THE PRODUCT IS PAID FOR AND NORTON WANTS MY FINANCIAL INFORMATION. I TURNING TO THE AUTHORITIES TO FIX THIS MISREPRESENTATION AND EXTORTION. NORTON 360 IS A CROOK. IT IS USING WALMART TO COMMIT CRIMES. HOLDING MY PRODUCT HOSTAGE FOR MY PERSONAL FINANCIAL INFORMATION AFTER TRICKING ME TO ALLOW THEM INTO MY COMPUTER. SKIP NORTON AND ANY DIGITAL DOWNLOADS. YOU WONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK!

It bogged down my computer and I have a lot of memory. There are pop ups all the time wanting you to purchase more products from Norton. In my opinion you have to pay more for the protection you want. This is not the Norton I used years ago it is just very basic for the price you have to pay for it when it renws.

It didn't give me the results I expected when I called customer service. They refuse to give me a refund, even though their policy says that they would refund as long as it was in the timeframe. What a waste of money.
