I bought this for my mom to replace the one that stopped working. she LOVES it 🤗. only problem is the quick cook buttons. The other one used the one touch method (1=1minute 2=minutes Etc.) and would start automatically. This one requires pushing 1(Etc.) and then the START button, sounds simple, but she has early dementia and couldn't figure it out. I wrote the "how to operate" and taped it on the side 🙂. She's been using it, so far so good 👍. It has a child lock as well, but that can be disabled, Thankfully 🙂.

This is a cute and compact microwave with safety latch. Appearance is fitting any kind of interior (I have white color). Heats food quickly, glass plates remain cold and only food is warmed up, ceramic plate is heating together with food. Extra wide plates will not fit, but it is perfect for bowls, medium diameter plates, tall objects.

it's small but you can fit a plate properly, even perfect if it's for small meals to reheat for a single person for college/university student. Also it has a child lock feature which i think is amazing.

The outside is adorable and bc I hate microwaves on my countertops, appearance was my most important consideration. My issue is not being able to set to cook for under 30 seconds %26 only set for intervals of 30 sec, 1min, 1-1/2 min, 2 min etc. It cannot be set for 15-20 seconds, or 75 seconds. I've never had a microwave I couldn't just "time set" for whatever amt time I wanted before. I use to heat sauces, and 30 seconds is too much, so I set for 30 seconds, wait until it's hot enough, and hit stop. The Popcorn settings runs 2 min, which isn't enough, but 2-1/2min, is too much. 2min-15 is perfect, but it can't be set for that. I need set 2 min, then add 30 seconds %26 stop before it burns. It's quite a pain in the butt. The inside is also too small. I had to buy a smaller popcorn maker (1.5 qt, my 3 qt wouldn't fit). It's only 6.5" high from glass to top. It's very cute, but not being able to "time set" %26 the interior size, make it not worth the price. Too bad bc it's so cute.

the otwm was great but they sent me a box with a punched in front that made a horrible gift to give and a scratch on the front door, giving it as a gift it wasnt opened right away so we were stuck with it.

This little microwave is perfect in the spot where I wanted it. I do not cook in my microwave. I heat things up so the size and the looks are beautiful. The problem with this microwave is the door Does not shut all the way sometimes. Also, when you shut the microwave door, it won't work and a light shines through so I push on the door and then push start on the microwave and it start. There's no error if I do that. I would buy another one and send this one back due to the fact it works in my kitchen, and it is cute. I think I need to just carry it back like I was going to instead of trying to make it work at all times. I am going to take it back and get a new one and see if that solves the problem.

Makes a lot of noise has a child lock I've had microwaves for 20 years and it's a pain. It's very slow to heat up. It looks pretty but that's it! I can't change the clock settings. You have to choose a power setting every time. It's awful and complicated for zero reason

I was so excited about this microwave and I have only had it for a couple months. I am afraid it's going to catch fire! I have contacted Walmart customer service which assured me I would get a replacement or refund and still haven't nor has the seller contacted me! I'm extremely dissatisfied with this product, Walmart, and the seller! I can't attach the video i took of it sparking while making a bag of popcorn, i can only attach a photo

Purchased this for my granddaughter's first apartment. She tried using it a few times and every time she used it it would shut off on its only and have to “cool down” before she could use it again. We thought it was a faulty outlet but plugged in another small microwave in safe outlet and it works fine with no issues. We are returning the microwave.

I never received the missy item, called Walmart and I got know help or my money back to date. This was a purchase for my son door and I had to purchase another one . The customer service is horrible and no help at all. I asked my neighbors did they get and no they didn't. I WILL NO LONER ORDER ONLINE FROM WALMART AGAIN BCUZ I FEEL LIKE I WAS ROBBED BY WALMART!!!
