I found curcumin softgels very helpful to my memory. as a 76 year old, I often would be talking with a bunch of my friends and when interrupted, I would forget where I left off, and what I was talking about. The reason I can truthfully say why I think the Curcumin helped is because after taking it about 2 or three weeks, I was conversing with one friend of mine who interrupted me about nine times, and after all those times (on his problems), I easily remembered where I left off. So, so far, so good!

For me, this seems like a complete way to take curcumin, Standardized for optimum intake, in a base of turmeric root extract with other turmeric phytonutrients, in an easy to swallow softgel, from a reliable company like NOW foods, and Swanson priced. I like it.

Nutrition has been ongoing learning. Curcumin is getting alot of press lately, but really is best with oil. This form has it, plus standardized.. We take it several times a day- precautionary measures make sense to us. When Swansons makes similar variety and adds biospene, we will go to that one. But for now, this is a good option.

Good product; I believe it is better absorbed than the capsules. Just wish I could get in a stronger concentration.

There are many benefits to taking curcumin, I prefer softgel supplements whenever possible, so these are great. I do wish they did not have caramel color in them. I don't care what color they are and caramel coloring is not that good for humans. (The only reason I did not rate it 5 stars all the way.) That said, I believe these have really helped my health. Sometimes it is hard to tell for sure if a supplement is really helping, I can tell this one truly does!
