When I was doing my research, One Dr. said to use buffered Vitamin-C 1000 and D3 2000 to 5000 daily with Niacin made and K2-mc7 for the issue with circulation I'm having for me, like some brands Now,Nutiricost, Source Source

It hells
Works being older & a little wiser I go the health boost with natural products. While the docs want to prescribe this & that I worked in health long enough to know once you start that it leads to other problems.

Great choice.
Usually anything citric triggers GERD in me. Not these capsules. Easily swallowed and digested.

Personally difficulties.
Not everyone has this issue, but I dislike giant pills. Even splitting them, which was difficult, didn't work well. Still would choke on them. Not sure why companies can't make these smaller and have you take 3 rather than one giant one. I stopped taking them at this point.
