As someone who has spent money on the higher end of vitamins, such as Empower from TrueHope - which costs 5 times as much - I can say that the value of Now Foods Daily Vits is unparalleled. I went nearly a year without any suppliments of any kind and went straight to these to see if the "low end" of the daily multivitamin market had caught up to the higher end to any degree. And as of right now, uness you have a highly specific need for maximally optimized absorbtion rates, or specific blends of suppliments, this is the best value choice for me and probably for you. I advise you always do your research and take your own personal situation into account with anything medical/food related. But if you are noticaby defficient in certain vitamins, or overall feeling a lack of health and vitality, these will become a noticible addition to your wellness regiment, and for a fraction of the price from many higher cost sources.

I have trouble with heartburn on some vitamins. I take the Now brand for several things, so I tried these. They are not nearly as bad as most. I still try to have food in my stomach. It would probably be fine for the average person's stomach. This is a good quality company that I have used for several years.

I just started these and so far so good. No aftertaste and easy to swallow.
