Almost IMMEDIATE results!
I bought this product with other Amino Acids hoping to slow down the aging process now that I've turned 50. Within 2 - 3 days of taking just 2 capsules once daily (half the recommended dose) I noticed my hands no longer hurt. A few days later, I noticed my feet didn't hurt. Definitely recommend this product!!

Effective product
I am seeing possitive results from taking 1000 mg of NOW L-Proline each day for the past year. Also, I have yet to find a better price. Great value.

Excellent 2nd choice product.
This is an amino acid my chiropractor suggested I try. I used to take Alacer's Pro Lysine Ascorbs, until they discontinued it. This product replaces part of that one. Unfortunately it doesn't have as much l-Proline as I'd like, so I sometimes take 2 a day, especially if I'm not feeling well. I take it with l-lysine and mineral ascorbate c to replace the ingredients in Alacer's old product. I tried Swanson's brand of l-proline also, but like this one better, so far.

This product does exactly what it says,i felt a difference during using it, important for Collagen Production, i'm taking it with protein after a workout

L-Proline
I also use this amino acid as part of the Linus Pauling Protocol. It seems to be working for me. I wish Swanson would make a large bottle as the Swanson L-Lysine!
