my husband and i use it differently,he uses it for cereal and i use it for veggie burgers and can still have them for breakfast.. just a good product all round.

I'm a big rice fan (white not wild) and potatoes but this stuff is better! I don't like the crunch of barley or wild rice and quinoa is like soft nut hearts. Quinoa would be a good substitute for grits.

I eat a lot of quinoa for being on a gluten-free diet. I tried many brands and decided to try the organic one proposed by Puritan. The problem is that they don't mention the brand on the product description and I was very disappointed. This quinoa needs a lot of rinses before cooking and doesn't fluff at all, like it doesn't cook well. On the top of that, when we rinse it, you get a lot of foamy bubbles proving that it's not a good quality. The price was very attractive but the quality not there..
