I put amaranth in the crockpot for 2 hours with salt to taste. First time ever making amaranth, now I make it every week. I'll be baking amaranth bread soon.

I'm learning about the various flours and grains that are more healthy for you than the ones that have all that carbs but this goes into the system slowly allowing you to feel full and not raise your blood sugar grains of the Bible.

this is so good, it is nutty and almost sweet. a great source of protein that keeps you full for hours with a lot of energy. I will definitely be buying more.

Amaranth Whole Grain Review
Amaranth - great faint beet-like earthy taste with a miniature quinoa like texture. I really enjoyed it. Service - received exactly what I ordered and the shipping was very fast. Price - NOW had the absolute best price. My overall experience was fantastic.
