Glicks Pearl Barley, 16 oz

Bob's Red Mill barley was not available so I purchased a bag of Glick's brand as a filler. Imagine my surprise when I discovered I like this brand much better. While Glick's doesn't have the heft of Bob's (it's more subtle and doesn't overwhelm the dish), that means I can enjoy barley more often. My go-to brand going forward.

I love making Beef and Barley soups and freezing them. Plus I make extra Barley to give to the dogs during winter. Glick's Pearl Barley has a great taste and the Walmart price is awesome. So many things are going up and getting smaller. Glick's Pearl Barley is a very good value all the way around. I try to keep it stocked year round. The 3 pack is a very good deal! Because of the weather we have been having, buying it now would be a very smart choice.

This barley tasted amazing, even better than Bob's Mill, which surprised me. It's great for barley cereal and always has the same great taste. I'd highly recommend this brand.

Easy to make, reasonably priced, highly nutritious and tastes amazing! Very versatile in recipes from summer salads to winter soups. Always have this on hand!

Before I found this brand I was using a different brand from our local Vons store and found it to be not acceptable--as Glicks is so easy to cook and great taste

Real barley is hard to find here in the Midlands of SC, so I appreciate being able to get some at Walmart. I have used this brand before and it is always delicious and a welcome addition to my turkey, and beef soups I make.

Glicks pearl barley is delicious. It cooks up very nicely. Use it to make barley chicken soup in the crockpot. Not every store stocks barley so I'm happy to be able to order it from Walmart.

I found it difficult to purchase barley near me. So, I purchased two packs. I have used it in soup and am very happy with the flavor.
