NOW Foods Pumpkin Seed Oil, 1,000 mg, 200 Softgels

Having read online that supplementing Pumpkin Seed Oil in my daily meds could help improve urine flow, I searched online and found That Walmart offers several brands of Pumpkin Seed Oil capsules. Based on reviews and medical journal recommendations, I chose 1000mg Pumpkin Seed Oil by NOW in the 200 capsule container. I am very pleased with the results.

I've been buying pumpkin seed oil for over 20 years. Is one of the few supplements that if I quit and start back up in a couple weeks I can feel the difference. I started taking it aches and pain's Open waking up in the morning. It worked recommended by my chiropractor. As I got older I found that it was good for my prostate. Again stop taking it and restarting into the three weeks. I have taken many different brands over the years. I keep coming back to the NOW brand. Hard to tell the difference between them. NOW is generally reasonably price. I have read about it in different articles over the years showing that it was a quality product.
