Now Foods Triphala 500Mg 120 Tabs

This is my first time using the supplement, and I have used and trusted now foods for many years. I can tell that the supplement is helping movement, not enough that I can cut back on the MiraLAX or magnesium oxide, but I'll help is appreciated. It doesn't cause me to cramp or have more urgency than normal and has helped reduce my daily G.I. pain to some degree. I expect I will keep taking it for sometime to come to further evaluate it's effects

I received this product quickly in the mail. It took a couple of days but it worked as it was supposed to. I cut them in half so I could make them last longer. Thank you Triphala.

I started taking Triphala when I read about a study by McGill University involving Triphala and probiotics extending the health span of fruit flies. I have been taking it about a year now. Can't say I notice any real difference but I'm willing to try a small experiment on myself. I buy Now products because they have proven to be of high quality.

I bought this a month ago and am very satisfied with this product at this point. I intend to make this a regular in my supplement cabinet right along with my CoQ10, my Niacin and others. My husband and I both love the high quality, as well as the prices of Swanson Products. We will continue shopping at Swanson.

I had read that Trifala helps with regularity, but I did not find that to be true for me. I don't think it has anything to do with the Now brand since I had tried it before with another brand with the same result. Everyone is different and it might be effective for others.

I did an ayruvedic cleanse and took this. I've been told the pill form may not work as well and that may be why I really felt no difference. This however doesn't mean it wasn't doing something beneficial in my body but I felt now physical difference. Next time I will try the powdered version.
